Age: All dogs must be at least 5 month of age to attend for Boarding
Gender: All dogs must be spayed or neutered to attend Boarding, (do not need to be altered to stay over night each pet is in there own suite .
Required Vaccinations: All dogs entering the facility must have up-to-date vaccinations on record. Owners must submit proof from their Veterinarian that their dog is current on their Rabies, DHLPP (or a variation of the Distemper combination), and Bordetella (aka kennel cough) vaccines. We do require a 10 day incubation waiting period for dogs who are receiving the Bordetella vaccine for the first time or are more than 6 months past due.
Parasite Prevention: All dogs entering the facility must be free of parasites.
Health: All dogs entering the facility must be in good health and free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize the health of other dogs. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable ailment in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to return to Boarding.
Behavior: All dogs for Boarding must have never shown any signs of aggression towards other dogs or people. All “parents” will need to certify that their dog has no history of aggression.
Dress Code: All dogs attending Boarding or Grooming must arrive on leash wearing a flat, quick release, snap on collar for their safety. Collars should be neither too tight nor too loose. Identification on their “daycare collar” is recommended. Any buckle, prong, or choke collars will be removed while dogs are playing.
Restrictions: K-9 grooming reserves the right to refuse service to any dog at any time for any reason. We specialize in the care and housing of the small or aged pet.
RESERVATIONS: Required – 24 hour notice. Preference will be given to dogs attending full time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fees. Please call (928)758-4333 to make your reservation.
